Traceability

Every box leaving our factory carries the name of the fisherman who caught it, as well as vessel name, catch-area and catch-method. We believe in complete traceability so our customers know exactly what they're buying.

Seabirds

Long-lining's only real environmental challenge is the mitigation against unwanted capture of seabirds. Lee Fish takes multiple steps to ensure this prevention.

Quota Management System

All of Lee Fish's catch complies with the stringent regulations as set out in the Fisheries Act 1996 and NZ Quota Management System.
